According to the need to develop rental factories, the Boustead investor has invested in building a system of factories for rent with 05 factories B1, B2, B3, B4, and B5 over 6Ha (phase 1). Reecons was selected as the D&B contractor for the MEP package, complying with the strict safety requirements and delivered the project on time.
The following systems were installed: 22kV medium voltage system, 4 sub-stations 1500kVA and 1 sub-station 1000kVA, Switchgears (DS, Re-closer, RMU), electrical system from MSB to DB distribution, lighting sources, pumping stations, Fire Protection system (Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting system), CCTV, ELV (Data & Telecom), plumbing and sanitary systems. All our systems operate stably on the basis of our design.
