JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Implement annual activity plan
- Implement and implement the annual plan at the request of the Head of Department.
- Recruit, train, manage, evaluate and develop staff under management responsibility
2. Design Management:
- Management and design of mechanical systems (air conditioning, water supply and drainage, fire fighting) according to requirements and technical assurance.
- Assign and check mechanical system design work of members to ensure compliance with technical requirements and standards.
- Perform technical reviews of design organizations and subcontractors undertaking the design.
- Update all equipment records and material prices
4. Bid Management:
- Ensure system quotation in accordance with customer’s technical requirements, Standards and Laws (Specication, Technical Equipment).
- Check and Guarantee the volume, equipment price and labor cost.
- Ensure records, progress according to customer requirements.
- Proposing a bid option (VE) for the mechanical system.
- Report directly to the Head of Department on issues related to mechanical system design and bidding projects.
- Discuss and agree on the technical plan and bidding price with the Head of Department.
- Timely handling of information requested by customers
JOB REQUIREMENT
- University majoring in Heat – Refrigeration, Mechanics. M
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and bidding for M&E companies.
- Good negotiation and persuasion.
- Good communication and presentation
Analytical and problem solving skills. - Good English for 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Perseverance and work under high pressure.
- Team management skills
