JOB DESCRIPTION:
Project planning and implementation:
- Work with departments, stakeholders and the board of directors to agree on requirements for the project.
- Develop the overall project plan, thereby developing a series of coordinated plans and programs between the parties to ensure the goals and priorities of the project.
Budget Management:
- Monitor budget spending, ensure optimal spending resources or detect early signs of budget waste and promptly handle them.
Quality, progress, aesthetics and safety management for the works:
- Determine the work requirements, give appropriate schedule for purchasing & construction at each stage of the Project
- Assess, prevent and control potential risks related to the Project progress and take appropriate measures.
- Manage the quality of materials and sub-contractors according to the quality requirements of the project.
- Manage the installation, acceptance test at the construction site.
Managing risks and conflicts in the project
Project Stakeholder Management and Resource Management:
- Allocate resources in the project, propose to recruitment plan to match the size of the project.
- Ensure division of work to fit with each person’s strengths, abilities and skills.
- Regularly meet with customers, to understand customer requirements.
Establish and manage all documents, documents and legal procedures of the project
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION
Graduated from University: Major in Heat – Refrigeration, Electrical – Electronics.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, experience in working in a factory, knowledgeable in design, preferably in the Heat – Refrigeration industry.
SKILLS
- Good negotiation and persuasion
- Good analysis and problem solving.
- Good team management
- Good communication skill
- Good English communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Proficient in using MS Office, Auto Cad.
- Honesty, frank, and transparent.
- Enthusiastic, with a sense of responsibility

- Active in work and can work under pressure.
- Careful to detailed.
