JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Structuring the organization for scale
- Talent acquisition & employee engagement
- Developing HR policies & managing employee benefits
- Managing employee relations with empathy and clarity
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a similar leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Industry experience in Interior Design, Construction, or Project Consulting is a strong plus
