Hai began her career with an auditing firm, CPA accountant, after earning two bachelor's degrees in business administration from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City in 2007 and accounting-auditing from Van Lang University in 2008. She worked there for seven years as an auditor, responsible for auditing and financial consulting for construction and garment companies. Hai joined OZ Interior JSC in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer before choosing to join Reecons in 2018 as Chief Accountant, where she is responsible for all financial reporting and analysis, as well as the company's cash flow balance. Hai has over 13 years of experience in finance and accounting, particularly in construction companies, and has developed the ability to prepare financial statements in accordance with Vietnamese and international standards.
