This facility was established in 2013 when Onsemi Corporation assumed control of one of Wonderful Saigon Electric’s facilities. Onsemi Binh Duong (OSBD) is a subsidiary of onsemi Vietnam (OSV). The manaufacturing facility is to assembly and to test Factory with a total of 4,700 sqm of land area and over 2,700 sqm of building space.
In 2022, with the demand of renovation of the old factory, OnSemiconductor Vietnam has decided to award the package of installation a new MSB and transformer room to Reecons with the instruction of no interruption to the operation activities.
