The Mercedes-Benz showroom is located in Tan Binh District, HCMC, the building is composed of three floors, including a showroom and back-office spaces. Reecons was selected to provide design & build services for the entire MEP package, including firefighting.
The client wanted to completely renovate the existing building for it to become a showroom for luxury cars with high aesthetic requirements.
After a thorough survey of the site and an audit of the existing MEPF building system, Reecons offered a cost-effective design solution to the client by re-using most of the existing facilities remaining in good condition to integrate with the new optimal design, leading to 30% of the cost savings.
