Project Information

Universal Alloy Corporation developed their first facility for aerospace components in Da Nang. Reecons was selected as Design & Build contractor for the MEP package of the project, complying with the combined safety requirements of the general contractor Dinco and the UAC Investor.

Reecons handled all electrical, HVAC, and lighting systems. Water supply for industrial processes, including steam system for surface treatment area, drainage system, wastewater treatment sub-station. For the surface treatment factory area, the investor wished to have 1 month shorter in the schedule, to which Reecons responded positively by increasing resources and materials delivery schedule (air freight) at its own costs. As a result, despite the COVID-19 epidemic that slowed down the equipment import process, Reecons handed-over the project in advance.
