Project Information

The Singaporean XP Power transformer manufacturing factory expanded its production capacity with an adjacent factory (Phase 2). Reecons was selected as the D&B contractor for the MEP package of the project, complying with LEED standards and strict safety requirements of the general contractor Boustead and the Investor’s representative, and ensuring the hand-over on time.

Among the scope of services: medium voltage system (22kV), 1600kVA station, switches (DS, Re-closer, RMU), back-up generator system (1600kVA) combined with EVN via ATS, electrical system from MSB cabinets to DB distribution cabinets, lighting power supply, HVAC (01 Chiller 450RT, 01 CT, 04 AHUs, 01 SEF, CHWPs, CWPs), compressed air system (2 Air compressors, 2 Air Dryers, 1 Air receiver Tank), Fire Protection System (Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting system), all monitored by BMS. All our systems operate stably on the basis of our design.
