Reecons was selected as General Contractor to provide the design & construction package for the entire M&E fit-out works for the Chinese restaurant located on the 5th floor of Thuan Kieu plaza.
The design team had produced an outstanding concept requiring high-quality of finishing work and strict on-time delivery.
The most difficult challenge during construction work is the entrance & cargo lift area restricted by the builder. However, Reecons overcame and ensured the respect of schedule and quality.
