Since 1872, the Consulate General of France’s buildings in Ho Chi Minh City has been going through many renovations to preserve its culture and heritage values.
In 2017, Reecons was appointed to perform the renovation works for the HVAC system. A water-cooled chiller was installed to replace the existing degraded systems and to accommodate the needs of cooling for the entire main building and utilities. In addition, the fan-coil units (FCUs) are well integrated into the existing system.
As a historic building, the client requires a high standard of aesthetics and precise works on the renovation, Reecons has achieved it to fulfill their satisfaction.
