Thu has over 11 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax, finance, investment, particularly in construction companies, and has developed the ability to prepare financial statements in accordance with Vietnamese and international standards.

In 2010, Sinh started his career in HCMC, with different positions such as mechanical supervisor, site engineer, and site manager. With 14 years of experience, Sinh has successfully controlled the project work, quality of deliverables, and stakeholder engagements for different types of projects from infrastructure to complex buildings.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1997, Kengo began his career in Japan, specializing in infrastructure and geotechnical design. From 2016, he served as General Manager at a design and construction firm in Vietnam, overseeing all aspects from pre-construction planning to post-construction closeout while leading 30+ projects across various sectors, including industrial facilities and residential buildings. In 2025, he joined Reecons Engineering in charge of project management, combining his expertise in construction with business development to drive strategic growth and market expansion.

Huy joined Reecons Engineering in 2024 as Project Manager to develop the Construction department.

He is an experienced Project Manager with a track record of leading cross-functional teams, delivering projects on time and within budget, and driving operational efficiency. He specializes in aligning project goals with business strategy, managing risk, and improving workflows. With a strong focus on communication, accountability, and results, he brings structure and clarity to complex initiatives and keeps teams moving forward.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Tuan started his career in Vietnam as a site engineer. From 2014 to 2020, Tuan joined A Dong HPP JSC, Newtecons JSC as a QS Engineer, QAQC Engineer, Vice Site Manager, and QS Manager. In 2022, he started his new journey in Reecons as a Tender Manager. With 10 years of experience in construction, Tuan has precisely produced budget estimates, monitored the progress of several stages of the survey work, and performed analyses of costs for various building projects.

After graduating B.E in Electrical Engineering in 2005, Thang started his career in Vietnam, as an Electrical Site Engineer in MEP industrial construction. From 2005 to 2022, Thang worked for SEAREFICO JSC  as Electrical Site Engineer, Site Manager, Project Manager, MEI Deputy Director, and then MEI Director Manager. Afterward, he started his career as a Safety Engineer on a construction site. From 2011 to 2019, Van worked for GS E&C Corporation and Takenaka Vietnam Co., Ltd. as an Assistant HSE Manager, Functional HSE Manager, and HSE Manager.
