After graduating with a bachelor’s, Neel started his career as an Electrical Design Engineer in Econs Consultant, Pakistan. After one year, he continued his high-level studies and enrolled himself for a master's degree. During his master’s course, he was working in the construction sector as a full-time employee, he worked on 2 of the biggest high-rise building projects in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru as a Project Coordinator and 1 5-star hotel, New World Hotel, in Kuala Lumpur as a Site Manager. In 2018, he came to Vietnam to look for new opportunities and growth in his life. He started his first job in Searefico as a Coordination Manager in New World Hotel – Renovation. After one year, he joined the business department and won several projects for the company. He also worked as a coordination manager and PM for some projects during his time in the business department. Currently, he joined Reecons as Project Director in the Construction Department and is developing the construction department in the company.
