Iron Mountain, a leading record management and storage company, has numerous storage facilities spread across various cities in Asia. Iron Mountain decides to lease a new warehouse in HCM City, Vietnam for their business growth.
According to the need to develop rental factories, the Boustead investor has invested in building a system of 5 factories for rent over 6Ha (phase 1). Reecons was selected as the D&B contractor for the MEP package, complying with the strict safety requirements and delivered the project on time.
The project includes 4 warehouses as one of the largest logistics projects in VSIP II. Reecons installed M&E systems to meet the high standard requirement of the client such as NFPA and UL/FM, all by respecting the aesthetic aspect of the project.
