This high-end office building is certified by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
The building has a basement, 7 floors. The air conditioning system uses VRV air conditioning system. The fresh air supply system is designed in accordance with Ashrae standards and is supplied by 4 PAU (Frimary
Air Handling Units). The air processors with a heat recovery unit uses the exhaust air temperature to pre-cool the fresh air, then enters the PAU air processor and is blown into the working space on the floors. The building is equipped with solar roof top solar energy system with a capacity of 150KW serves the loads.
Being one of the most high-tech office building, all the M&E systems, elevators, parking, access control are managed and operated by the building management system (BMS).
