Hayat Kimya is one of the world leaders in baby diapers, home care products, sanitary napkins. For their development in South East Asia, Hayat Kimya chose Vietnam as the location of their first production site and selected Reecons Engineering for the full MEP installation over big names in this industry.
Despite the fact that delivery of most of the main equipment imported from Europe and USA was subjected to delay due to the Coronavirus pandemic, and with a design made by the client’s Turkish partner necessary to adapt to the local standards and codes, Reecons Engineering had to show anticipation, pro-activeness and pragmatism to lead a fast clarification discussion with Hayat’s foreign experts and mobilize an exceptional workforce to catch up with the tight 6-month deadline.
The MEP package includes the installation of 5 transformer stations of 12.5 MW, 2.5MW and 1675KVA LV generators, HV and LV Switchgear Blockset imported from France, busway system and special LSHF cables, lighting bus-bar, 10 chillers + 4 heat recovery chillers, heat-pump for hot water production, SUS piping up to 500mm diameter, boiler and compressed air system including air dryer and filtration, and a water purification system. Fire Fighting system follows NFPA and UL/FM standards.
