Universal Alloy Corporation developed their first facility for aerospace components in Da Nang. Reecons was selected as Design & Build contractor for the MEP package of the project, complying with the combined safety requirements of the general contractor Dinco and the UAC Investor.
Denis Group decided to develop a new food factory in Binh Duong Province. After 4.5 months of construction, the MEP for the whole project – including the food processing factory, canteen, office and wastewater treatment plant was successfully completed to meet HACCP and GMP requirements.

With its headquarters in Japan, Makino is a world leader in advanced CNC machining centers. The Makino Vietnam Technology Centre was built in Saigon Hi-Tech Park in HCMC. Reecons was awarded as the D&B Contactor for the MEP package, complying with the factory standardized requirements.
Emivest Vietnam Co. Ltd. is a member of Emivest Berhard Group (Malaysia) with 100% foreign ownership. Emivest Feedmill Vietnam Co. Ltd started its operation on March 25, 2011, with total investment capital up to approximately 20 million USD. Reecons was awarded the Mechanical and Electrical installation package under Cogniplus Main Contractor.
ANOVA Group expanded to build up a new factory in Dong Nai on a 6-ha area in its strategy to meet its growing customers’ demand faster. Reecons delivered an on-time 100%-safety-hours’ project and met Anova’s quality requirements.
To complete with the existing system in Kizuna Ready-built Factory, Reecons has been awarded by NIBE Group for the whole package of fit-out works including the necessary mechanical system for production line, electrical required inside the factory, fire fighting system with a guarantee of 1-year preventive maintenance to ensure 0% percent defects after handing over.
The Singaporean XP Power transformer manufacturing factory expanded its production capacity with an adjacent factory (Phase 2). Reecons was selected as the D&B contractor for the MEP package of the project, complying with LEED standards and strict safety requirements.
The project includes 4 warehouses as one of the largest logistics projects in VSIP II. Reecons installed M&E systems to meet the high standard requirement of the client such as NFPA and UL/FM, all by respecting the aesthetic aspect of the project.
